A payments cycle is unforgiving. The file goes out on time and balanced, or it does not go out at all — and the cost of a late or unbalanced cycle lands on your customers before it lands on your operations team. microcom data centre has been running payment instruction volume for Indian banks, insurers and billers for four decades, and the operating model reflects that: fixed cut-offs, validation before submission, and reconciliation as part of the cycle rather than a clean-up afterwards.
We handle the instruction from receipt through to settlement confirmation. Mandates are validated against your masters, files are prepared in the format your sponsor bank or clearing house expects, returns and rejections are worked rather than parked, and the whole cycle is reconciled back to your general ledger. Exceptions are routed to a named queue with an owner and an age, so nothing quietly accumulates.
